Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means CeleStella, "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

 

 

Payment

Payments will be pre-authorized at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method when you place your order.

We use PayPal’s secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfill your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

 

Delivery Time

When we have the items of your order in stock it is despatched quickly. For all countries, we use EC First Class and DHL unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

CeleStella shipping service on average:

  • US customers - Orders should be with you within 7 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping service on average:

  • US customers - Orders should be with you within 4 business days after dispatch.

 

 

Notice

You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

 

 

Stock

Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. CeleStella holds limited stock in our factory and sometimes your order may be placed in a queue to be manufactured, we will try and inform you if this is the case and when you can expect delivery.

 

 

Claims

Claims arising from damage, delay, or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to CeleStella within seven working days of delivery. CeleStella shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by CeleStella, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to CeleStella for examination.

 

 

Liability

  • If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, CeleStella shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
  • If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective CeleStella shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
  • In no circumstances shall the liability of CeleStella to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

 

 

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date. At CeleStella, we offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. In this instance, you will receive full refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.

 

 

 

Product Specifications

CeleStella reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in color, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

CeleStella provides standard shipping service to most areas of North America, Europe, and the Middle East at a $6.99 flat rate, and express shipping service to the same area at a $14.99 rate. Some areas do not qualify for our standard or express shipping service, You will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.

All orders are processed in 1 business day. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

We always place our customer satisfaction on the top of our mission. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item(s) in its/their original condition within 30 days from your order delivery.

Please send your package back via a trackable shipping method and contact us customer@celestella.com with your tracking number. We do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package. We recommend using trusted shipping carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to return your package with a trackable shipping service. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

Please note that we will NOT accept any returns without contacting us first, packages sent to our return address without our acceptance will be sent back. All used items are not eligible for return.

One Year Warranty

CeleStella fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.

WARRANTY TERMS

1. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to CeleStella.

2. Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. CeleStella will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

3. When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.

4. CeleStella reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be stored away separately in an air-tight jewelry box;

Keep away from water;

Do not immerse jewelry in water;

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotions or other chemicals;

Remove jewelry when bathing, showering or swimming;

Clean the pieces after use and occasionally & wipe with a soft cloth;

Remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity.

Care and Repair:
Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A: CeleStella are committed to maintain the highest standards in design, materials and craftsmanship, creating jewelry that is made to last and loved for years to come. With some simple, basic care, you can help preserve and protect your jewelry.
Please note that dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of CeleStella gemstones. The surface of gold, platinum and silver jewelry can become dulled. Professional cleanings are recommended. Sterling silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. With proper care, your silver will retain its beauty and character for many generations to come.

General Silver Care

Using a small amount of silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth that is provided by CeleStella with each order, gently rub the silver several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.

Q: How should I store my jewelry?

A: Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If you wear your jewelry every day, please remember to keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in your jewelry box. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber can cause tarnishing and corrosion.

Q: How can I get an item repaired?

A: We repair items made by CeleStella. You can send in your item via mail to us, and follow the instructions that provided by our customer service team.

Q: What if the color of the plated jewelry will fade off naturally?

A: We have a strict quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our jewelry. If you take care of your jewelry, and store it properly, the plating will not fade off.
In the rare situation when you find it happening, please contact our customer service team immediately with the pictures of your jewelry. So, we can help you to solve your problem as soon as possible. If your jewelry is within the time limit of your warranty, we will assist you to replace your jewelry.

Q: Can I ship my order to an international location?

Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $99 and free express shipping on all orders over $160.
If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be $6.99 for Standard Shipping, and $19.99 for Express Shipping.

Q: What if the jewelry doesn't fit?

A: It’s totally fine! Our 30-day-no-questions-asked return policy will get you back. Please note that the customers have to pay for shipping costs to return.

Q: What is the return policy?

Q: What if I want to cancel my order before it gets shipped?
