Return & Refund Policy
We always place our customer satisfaction on the top of our mission. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item(s) in its/their original condition within 30 days from your order delivery.
Please send your package back via a trackable shipping method and contact us customer@celestella.com with your tracking number. We do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package. We recommend using trusted shipping carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to return your package with a trackable shipping service. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
- New, unused, and in original condition;
- Inclusive of all original packaging, and components (including gift with purchase) at the time of return.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

Please note that we will NOT accept any returns without contacting us first, packages sent to our return address without our acceptance will be sent back. All used items are not eligible for return.
Refund
The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Please note it may take 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email with confirmation. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from your order delivery. A restocking fee may apply if the product returned is not in salable condition and in original packaging.

To return or exchange, please follow the steps below.
- Please contact us with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- After we receive your exchange inquiry, we will provide you with further information.
- Pack, Seal and Ship. Before you ship it back to us, please pack and seal your return securely, and make sure to enclose your proof of purchase with your order number.
- Please send us the tracking number of your return package. Please note that customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense, and we do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number and signed delivery and/or insurance, as we are not held responsible for any lost returns.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After we notified you that your refund has already been issued, please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for more than 5 business days, please check with your financial institution first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
